1. How long can I get the samples?
After paying the sample charges and send us a confirmed file, the samples will ready for 5-7 days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

2. What about the time for the mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and season when you placed the order. In general, the delivery time is for 2-4 weeks after receive deposit.

3. Terms of payment?
30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance T/T before shipping.
30% deposit T/T in advance, the balance T/T against copy of B/L.

9. Can you ship your goods door to door?
Yes, we can help you to take care of the logistic and ship the goods door to door to your warehouse or to Amazon FBA warehouse.
